Emman Rahman is a third-year student
at the University of Toronto pursuing a
double major in international relations
and employment relations. She is greatly
interested in politics in the Middle
East and the changing role of human
resource management in the globalized
workplace. Last summer she studied
the Arab-Israeli conflict at the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem. Thanks to
the Global Ideas Institute, she has
now discovered a passion for social
entrepreneurship and development
in Asia. Emman hopes to combine all
her interests in the future by working
for the Canadian government while
pursuing further study.
